Badly affected by the smoking

Do you know why people use to say that smoking is even more dangerous to health than drinking? Well, I have been in the state of chain smoking for the last few days and now I have witnessed the very side effects of smoking. First of all it affects the chest and lungs. Your lips will become dry most of the time. There must be pain in the chain. Also sometimes when you play some games, then you will feel like your lungs are having some problems of dryness during some physical works. Also TB is the consequence of smoking. Also it constricts the veins and arteries and therefore results in the increase of blood pressure. Heart attack is also related to chain smoking.

I have personally experienced a lot about the affect of smoking and drinking. Well, first of all it decreases the thinking power of brain and results in short term loss of memory. Also sometimes it creates many problems while sleeping especially at night time. The gum and the lips become black due to chain smoking. One main reason why smoking is more badly affects the life of a person than the drinking. Smoking is easily available in any place and also at low price. This helps people to smoke more frequently than drinking. But on the other hand drinks are available rarely and this helps people to drink rarely than smoking. But heavy drinking is even more dangerous than smoking.

So far I have been writing and discussing about food and vegetables that are good to health and medicinal values. As you see most of the fruits, food and vegetables have their nutritional values and medicinal importance. But now I am trying to discuss some stuff that you should stay away from them to keep yourself healthy and strong. Cigarette comes in first place that you should keep cut. Also you will find in every cigarette packet that smoking is injurious to health. But no one read this tag and starts smoking. Well some people smoke to maintain their lifestyle, some people smoke of addiction and some other people just like that without any reasons. But smoking is injurious to heath and must not start smoking at any situation and at any time. I was not a smoker till the end of class 12. And now I left with nothing but some fat meat. Once you have started smoking then you will never stop it. One day or another day you will again start smoking even if you have controlled it somehow.

Smoking results in the constriction of veins and this results in the increase blood pressure. Also for asthma patient smoking may result in the frequent suffocation problems. And then you will become thinner and weight loss due to chain smoking. Do not ever start smoking in your life. And then Alcohol is the next item that you should not try. Many people start drinking to maintain their lifestyle. But after that they become addicted that they cannot leave drinking. But drinking alcohol results in liver problem, high BP, deposition of fat around the stomach and also sometimes heart attack is connected to the continuous drinking. Now stop drinking and smoking if you want to live longer and if you want to live healthy.

Vitamin A contributes to the abdominal fat

I was quite curious about how the abdominal fat increases with the increase level of vitamin A. Abdominal fat is very common to the aged people and also the causes of many dreadful diseases. Now many researchers have claimed a possible reason for increasing the abdominal fat. It was amazed to hear that vitamin A protien creates hidden fat in the adbominal area.

The protein of vitamin A is the chemical transporter of vitamin and also the main cause of intraabdominal hidden fat. This fat is not visible but adversely affect the health of the individual. The chemical transporter retinol binding protein (RBP4) may be used in indentifying the insulin resistance of the blood. Resistance to insulin may result in many diseases which adversely affect the sugar metabolism in the body. The increase in RBP4 in the blood level level means the increase in resisting the insulin. Also the increase in abdominal fat may also be caused by this increase in RBP4 in the blood level. Many researchers are still working on this issue and if this turns to be true then increase in the level of RBP4 will be the indicator of increase in insulin resistance and increase in abdominal fat which will adversely affect the health. So, people can take effective measures in advance by checking the level of RBP4 in the blood level.
