Constipation Sucks! But salad can fight
Constipation is a very common problem. Of course it is not a disease but serious constipation is stressful and it can make you uncomfortable the whole day. Swelling of stomach is often associated with the constipation.
Fibrous food always help to combat constipation. So, having a side dish like salad is always preferable to overcome the problem of constipation.
If you take non-veg food like chicken and other meat, chances are very high to have some level of constipation or bowel movement is not so friendly
But you cannot stop eating meat because of this threat of constipation. So, the best suggestion would be taking salads (of carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato and other fibrous food) along with the meal.
Kill constipation with salads!!!
